Hi, I’m Molly, the nutritionist behind Pico Nutrition.

I work with people who want to feel better in their bodies and calmer around food, without extreme rules or pressure to be perfect. I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful, and that long-term results come from working with your body, not against it.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition and shaped by real-life experience. I take the time to listen, understand your goals, and tailor support that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and needs.

I work one-to-one with clients across the UK, supporting a wide range of goals, from weight management and improved energy to sports performance and overall wellbeing.
